Roles & Responsibilities

Activities: Degree: Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing or Technical Engineering. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with specific expertise in molding (plastic injection, compression molding, extrusion molding, etc.). Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for mold design (CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.). Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation. Materials Knowledge: Expertise in polymers, rubber, metals, or other materials used in molding. Knowledge of thermoplastic molds and injection processes. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose viable solutions. Production Methodologies: Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools. Microsoft Office
