The branch group manager supports the implementation and development of the organization's activity within their branch group area. They report to the Regional Director.

To this end, they assume the following responsibilities:

1. Participate in the development of the strategy and its translation into action plans, and ensure their implementation.
2. Ensure the development of Financial Activities, according to the set objectives.
3. Ensure the preservation and development of the organization's assets.
4. Develop and preserve the Brand within their area.
5. Ensure optimal and sustainable management of the resources of their branch group.
6. Ensure compliance with current procedures and processes.
7. Act as a liaison between their branch group and the regional management.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac + 4) in Financial Management, Economics, or Business;
• 5 years of professional experience in the banking sector, including 2 years of successful experience in branch management;
• You have strong skills in team management and leadership;
• You are dynamic and rigorous;
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication abilities.
