As a Buyer, your main mission is to ensure the optimal acquisition of goods and services necessary for the activity, acting as the link between internal needs and the supplier market, and constantly identifying the best opportunities in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines.
Main responsibilities:
- Analysis of purchase requests and definition of appropriate purchasing strategies.
- Prospection and identification of new potential suppliers, paying particular attention to their reliability and their ability to meet our technical and qualitative requirements.
- Negotiation of commercial and contractual conditions with selected suppliers.
- Rigorous monitoring of orders placed and management of supplier relationships to ensure commitments are met (quality, costs, and deadlines).
- Participation in the development and monitoring of purchasing budgets.
- Constant market watch to anticipate changes in prices, technologies, and regulations.
- Implementation of performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the purchasing strategy.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Education from Bachelor's to Master's degree in purchasing, supply chain, management, or equivalent.
- Experience of 3 to 5 years in a purchasing role, ideally in an industrial setting.
- Good knowledge of purchasing processes, from consultation to supplier negotiation.
- Proficiency in office tools: Excel (Power BI is a plus).
- Analytical skills, rigor, proactivity, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Sapin law.

بصفتك مشترياً، مهمتك الأساسية هي ضمان الشراء الأمثل للسلع والخدمات اللازمة للنشاط، والعمل كحلقة وصل بين الاحتياجات الداخلية وسوق الموردين، مع تحديد أفضل الفرص من حيث الجودة والتكلفة والمواعيد باستمرار.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تحليل طلبات الشراء وتحديد استراتيجيات الشراء المناسبة.
- التنقيب وتحديد مورّدين جدد محتملين، مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص لموثوقيتهم وقدرتهم على تلبية متطلباتنا التقنية والجودة.
- التفاوض على الشروط التجارية والعقدية مع الموردين المختارين.
- المتابعة الدقيقة للأوامر التي تم وضعها وإدارة علاقات الموردين لضمان الالتزام (الجودة، والتكاليف، والمواعيد).
- المشاركة في تطوير ومتابعة ميزانيات الشراء.
- مراقبة السوق باستمرار لتوقع التغيرات في الأسعار والتقنيات والتنظيمات.
- تنفيذ مؤشرات الأداء لتقييم فعالية استراتيجية الشراء.
الملف التعريفي المطلوب :
الملف المطلوب:
- تعليم من البكالوريوس حتى الماجستير في الشراء، سلسلة التوريد، الإدارة، أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في دور الشراء، ويفضل في بيئة صناعية.
- معرفة جيدة بعمليات الشراء، من الاستشارة إلى تفاوض مع الموردين.
- الكفاءة في أدوات المكتب: Excel (Power BI ميزة).
- مهارات تحليلية، دقة، مبادرة، ومهارات التعامل بين الأشخاص.
- معرفة بقانون سابين.
