YOUR ROLE
* Manage manufacturing process for Aluminium wire bonding
* Insure good assembly yields, SPC Cpk, FMEA RPN follow-up, Quality gates results and analysis, 8D boards score, internal and external customers audits results associated to wire bonding
* Responsible for providing technical support and guidance on process implementation and analysis to ensure conformance of the manufacturing process to set specifications.
* Support in development of new product and ensures proper implementation of established manufacturing processes.
* Manage daily/Weekly/Monthly and quarterly follow-up of production lots: Hold/SML with root causes identification within MRB meetings related to wire bonding
* Conduct deep technical analysis, process optimisations, propose/ lead process changes related to wire bonding
* Conduct DoE related to wire bonding
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Process Engineer ( Mechanic or Electronic)
* Experience : 3 years in industry
* Knowledge in Jmp/ Simulation tools softwares
