Company and Job Description: In a context of rapid digital and data-driven change, we are recruiting a Chief Data Officer for our client. Your mission will be to define, structure, and lead the company's data strategy to transform data into a lever for performance, decision support, and value creation. You will ensure the quality, security, compliance, and monetization of data, while developing a data-driven culture within the organization.

Main tasks:

• Define, formalize and deploy the company's data strategy in line with the overall digital and business strategy.
• Structure the Data organization (roles, responsibilities, processes) and manage the teams and partners involved in Data-related matters
• Establish a data governance framework that guarantees the quality, reliability, traceability, security, and regulatory compliance of data.
• Define and oversee data repositories, standards, management rules, and data quality indicators.
• Managing the collection, integration, storage and use of internal and external data
• Identify, prioritize and deploy high value-added data use cases (business intelligence reporting, data visualization, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, predictive models)
• Supporting business units in expressing their data needs and in adopting the tools and solutions implemented.
• Oversee cross-functional data projects in collaboration with IT, business, security and compliance teams.
• Ensuring the alignment of data solutions with performance, management, and decision-support objectives
• To develop and disseminate a data-driven culture within the company through communication, awareness-raising, and training initiatives.
• Establish data performance and maturity indicators and monitor results.
• To monitor technological, regulatory and competitive developments related to data and propose areas for continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

Higher education (Master's degree/Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent)

Significant experience (3-5 years) in data-related fields

Solid mastery of data governance issues, data architecture, cloud, security

Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and ability to support change

Leadership, teaching skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders (IT, business, legal, general management)
