Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of client projects in the aerospace sector. They lead technical teams, engineers, and technicians, while also liaising with clients and support functions. Possessing strong leadership skills, they ensure the successful execution of projects while adhering to quality, cost, and time requirements. Main responsibilities: Manage all project phases, from launch to final delivery. Manage on-site technical and quality teams. Monitor schedules, budgets, and performance indicators. Coordinate communication between internal teams and clients. Report to the Business Unit Manager. Identify risks and manage corrective actions. Promote best practices and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aeronautics. Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in aeronautical project management required. Knowledge of aeronautical standards (EN9100, ISO 9001). Excellent team management and technical coordination skills. Leadership, rigor, and analytical skills. Fluency in French and professional English.
