As part of outsourcing business processes for a large international group based in France, specializing in Supply Chain, we are hiring Road Transport Controllers (Chartering & Related).

This opportunity is for recent graduates in Logistics, Purchasing, or International Trade who want to start their career in an international environment.

Your main tasks

• Ensure the pre-accounting processing of supplier invoices, from receipt to validation for payment.
• Control and enter invoices into the information system.
• Manage the post-operational process for Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Check the quality of transport services provided.
• Validate transport provisions and handle any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and processing deadlines.
• Full training will be provided by our French client to support you in your new role.

Profile sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or International Trade.
• Recent graduate or some prior experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of French, both written and spoken.
• Good command of office tools (Excel, Outlook...).
• Rigor, organization, and analytical skills.
• Autonomy, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
• Respect for confidentiality and procedures.
