يتحمل المسؤولية عن المعايير والحوكمة والعمليات في منطقة المسؤولية
يعرّف ويدير الميزانيات لتطوير الأنشطة ضمن منطقة المسؤولية
يدير supervises عدة وحدات تنظيمية ضمن قسم المنتج
يقترح وينفذ إجراءات لتحسين أداء الفريق والمرونة التنظيمية والتنوع وتخطيط الخلافة والتوجيه وإدارة التغيير والنمو الشخصي
المساءلة الوظيفية لقسم المنتج على مستوى البلد
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
المؤهلات والخبرة- درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة السيارات
- مهارات اتصال كتابية وشفوية ممتازة
- الإنجليزية B2
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manages and supervises the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
Designs and leads initiatives with regard to product Section
Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
Manages and supervises multiple org units within product Section
Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Functional accountability for product Section on Country level
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Experience- Master s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years experience in automotive industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English B2
