Your mission as a Customer Advisor:
Your main role will be to be our clients' preferred point of contact. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting prospects and clients in resolving problems or providing information.
- Actively contributing to promoting our brand image and developing customer satisfaction.
- Effectively managing complaints.
- Being an ambassador for customer satisfaction!
By what means?
Inbound calls, emails, letters, and potentially interactions via social networks. No telephone prospecting!

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for talents who possess:
- Perfect command of French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Moroccan Dialect (Darija) with an acceptable level of English.
- Excellent communication skills, organized, autonomous, and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in digital tools and a natural curiosity for adopting new technologies.
- Knowledge of Fintech / Banking / Financial Services customer relations.
Our recruitment process:
- Telephone pre-qualification: an initial discussion with a member of the recruitment team to validate the position's prerequisites.
- In-person:
- Collective presentation, answers to your questions, and written tests (French and IT).
- Individual interview (30 minutes): an in-depth discussion with a member of our recruitment team to validate your skills and align your ambitions with our culture.
