المؤهلات والخبرة
- المستوى التعليمي: مهندس
- مجال الدراسة: ميكانيكا/كهرباء/صناعة أو ما يعادلها
- الخبرة: 4 سنوات من الخبرة في صناعة السيارات
- اللغة : الفرنسية والإنجليزية إلزاميتان
- الكفاءات الاجتماعية: التواصل / الحس الاجتماعي والتبادل الثقافي / إدارة التغيير / التوجه نحو الأهداف والنتائج / التحفيز والمرونة / التنظيم الذاتي / إدارة النزاع / العمل الجماعي
- الكفاءة المهنية: إتقان Lean Manufacturing وHoshin Kanri وتقنيات التحسين المستمر

Description du poste
- Ensures the Quality Management Activities during samples and pre-production phases
- Ensures the validation and release of production area and equipment, is responsible for approval of the new equipment
- Ensures the control of non-conforming products
- Leads and/or coaches implementation of corrective/preventive actions for internal and external failures
Qualifications et Expérience
- Level of Education: Engineer
- Branch Of Study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent
- Experience : 4 years’ experience in the automotive industry
- Language : French and English are mandatory
- Social competences: Communication /Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management /Target & result orientation/ Motivation & resilience /Self-organization /Conflict management / Teamwork
- Professional competence : Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique
