الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
الملف المطلوب للبحث:- التعليم: ماجستير في الهندسة الصناعية، الهندسة الميكانيكية، سلسلة الإمداد، إدارة العمليات أو ما يعادلها.
- الخبرة: 5–8 سنوات على الأقل في بيئة صناعية، عمليات هندسية، سلسلة إمداد أو إدارة التغيير.
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة العمليات والتعامل مع القضايا المعقدة.
- خبرة في التنسيق عبر الوظائف ودعم الفريق.
- المهارات التقنية: إتقان جيد جداً لأنظمة ERP وPLM وأدوات إدارة البيانات الفنية.
- مهارات قوية في تحليل الأثر، إدارة المخاطر وحل المشكلات.
- إتقان مؤشرات الأداء وعمليات التحسين المستمر.
- خبرة في التدقيق، مراقبة جودة البيانات وحوكمة العمليات.
- القدرة على قيادة مبادرات التحسين والتوحيد القياسي.
- المهارات السلوكية: القيادة والقدرة على التأثير.
- مهارات اتصال وتنسيق ممتازة.
- المبادرة والنتائج الموجهة.
- مهارات تحليلية واتخاذ القرار قوية.

Desired Candidate Profile
Search profile:- Education: Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an industrial environment, engineering operations, supply chain or change management.
- Extensive experience in process management and handling complex issues.
- Experience in cross-functional coordination and team support.
- Technical Skills: Very good command of ERP, PLM systems and technical data management tools.
- Strong skills in impact analysis, risk management and problem solving.
- Mastery of performance indicators and continuous improvement processes.
- Experience in auditing, data quality control and process governance.
- Ability to lead optimization and standardization initiatives.
- Behavioral Skills: Leadership and ability to influence.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Taking initiative and results-oriented.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
