Desired Candidate Profile

Search profile:

• Education: Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an industrial environment, engineering operations, supply chain or change management.
• Extensive experience in process management and handling complex issues.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination and team support.
• Technical Skills: Very good command of ERP, PLM systems and technical data management tools.
• Strong skills in impact analysis, risk management and problem solving.
• Mastery of performance indicators and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in auditing, data quality control and process governance.
• Ability to lead optimization and standardization initiatives.
• Behavioral Skills: Leadership and ability to influence.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
