المضيف/ة هو/هي الاتصال الأول لضيوفنا في مطاعمنا، وهو/هي المصمم لتجارب لا تُنسى. هذا الدور يركز على تقديم جودة استثنائية وخدمة لضيوفنا.هذا الدور جزء من Mint Outlet، ويتبع مدير عمليات المنافذ.
ما ستفعله:
استقبال الضيوف وتقديم خدمة استثنائية خلال تجربة تناول الطعام بالتعاون مع فريق من الخدم
إدارة منصة الاستقبال، مراجعة حجز وحجز الطاولة وتقديم توصيات حول ترتيب أقسام الطاولة
ضمان نظافة كل قسم من أقسام صالة الطعام والتأكد من إجراء التحسينات اللازمة وفحص كل طاولة قبل الافتتاح لضمان إعدادها الصحيح
تطوير معرفة عملية كاملة بقوائم الطعام ومكونات القوائم و معلومات المطعم

About the role:
The Host(ess) is the first interaction for guests in our Restaurants, and is the designer of memorable experiences. This role is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.This role is part of the Mint Outlet, reporting into the Outlets operations manager.
What you will do:
Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers
Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections
Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set
Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information
What you bring:
One to two years’ previous experience in Food & Beverage outlet; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Strong communication skills
