الوظيفة :
أنت مسؤول عن إدارة رافعة متنقلة بوزن 150 طن، والمهام الرئيسية الخاصة بك هي:
- قيادة وتوجيه الرافعة المتنقلة في الموقع مع الالتزام بإرشادات السلامة،
- رفع ونقل الأحمال الثقيلة،
- إجراء فحوصات يومية للمكينة (الحالة، مستويات السوائل، أجهزة السلامة)،
- الإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل فنية إلى فرق الصيانة،
- تنسيق المناورات مع فرق الأرض (مدير الموقع، الممْسِك، الإشارة)،
- التأكد من الالتزام الصارم بقواعد السلامة وسعات التحميل.
الملف المطلوب :
نحن نبحث عن مشغل لديه خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة رافعة متنقلة. تشمل المهارات والشهادات المطلوبة:
- شهادة CACES لرافعة متنقلة صالحة (أو معادلة مغربية معترف بها)
- خبرة سابقة في تشغيل رافعة Liebherr ذات 150 طن
- تدريب في السلامة من الرفع
- خبرة كبيرة في قيادة معدات الرفع في مواقع البناء أو المواقع الصناعية،
- معرفة جيدة بقواعد وأنظمة السلامة المتعلقة بالرفع، الدقة، الاتزان، وروح المسؤولية،
- القدرة على العمل في الأماكن المرتفعة وفي الهواء الطلق.
المهارات التقنية:
- قراءة مخططات الرفع،
- إتقان أنظمة اتصال الموقع (الراديو، الإشارات المعيارية)،
- معرفة حدود الحمولة وزوايا المناورة.
Job description
Job :
You are responsible for managing a 150-ton mobile crane, and your main tasks are:
- Driving and maneuvering the mobile crane on site while respecting safety instructions,
- Lifting and moving heavy loads,
- Performing daily checks of the machine (condition, fluid levels, safety devices),
- Reporting any technical issues to the maintenance teams,
- Coordinating maneuvers with ground teams (site manager, slinger, signalman),
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety rules and load capacities.
Required profile :
We are looking for an operator with at least 3 years of experience in managing a mobile crane. Required skills and certifications include:
- Valid mobile crane CACES (or recognized Moroccan equivalent)
- Previous experience operating a Liebherr 150-ton Mobile Crane
- Lifting safety training
- Significant experience driving lifting equipment on construction or industrial sites,
- Good knowledge of safety rules and regulations related to lifting, rigor, composure, and a sense of responsibility,
- Ability to work at heights and outdoors.
Technical skills:
- Reading lifting plans,
- Mastery of site communication systems (radios, standardized gestures),
- Knowledge of load limits and maneuvering angles.
