بصفتك مستشار موارد بشرية يدعم الموظفين والقادة عبر مواقع متعددة في المغرب وجنوب إفريقيا وغانا، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ سياسات الموارد البشرية وإجراءاتها وممارساتها بشكل فعال عبر المنطقة. يركز الدور على الالتزام والحوكمة وتجربة الموظف وإدارة الأداء وعلاقات الموظفين والتطبيق المتسق لعمليات الموارد البشرية. هذا دور واسع يتطلب مرونة والقدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة النمو ومتغيرة. ستدير أولويات متعددة في وقت واحد وتعمل بفاعلية مع أشخاص من خلفيات ثقافية متنوعة عبر الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا وأوروبا (MEA).
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- ضمان تنفيذ سياسات الموارد البشرية والإجراءات بشكل فعال وتطبيقها بشكل متسق عبر المنطقة بما يتوافق مع معايير الشركة والتشريعات المحلية
- تقديم الإرشاد والدعم لمديري الموارد البشرية حول سياسات الموارد البشرية وإدارة الأداء وعلاقات الموظفين ومسائل دورة حياة الموظف
- دعم نهج إدارة المواهب في المنظمة من خلال قيادة عمليات الموارد البشرية السنوية، بما في ذلك مراجعات الأداء ومراجعات المواهب وتخطيط التطوير
- تعزيز الوعي واستخدام موارد التعلم والتطوير والتأكد من وجود برامج مناسبة تدعم نمو وأداء الموظفين
- إدارة مسائل علاقات الموظفين، بما في ذلك الإجراءات التأديبية والشكاوى وخروج الموظفين، مع ضمان الامتثال القانوني وتقليل المخاطر
- تفسير وتطبيق سياسات وإرشادات الشركة والتأكد من معالجة المتطلبات المحلية عند الحاجة
- الحفاظ على علاقات عمل قوية مع موردي الموارد البشرية الخارجيين والموردين ومقدمي الخدمات
- العمل عن كثب مع قسم التعويضات والفوائد لضمان توافق ممارسات المكافآت الإقليمية مع إطار عمل أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا مع تلبية المتطلبات السوقية والتنظيمية المحلية
- التنسيق مع اكتساب المواهب لدعم التوظيف في المنطقة بشكل فوري وفعال
- الحفاظ على بيانات الموارد البشرية الدقيقة وتقديم المقاييس والتقارير ذات الصلة
- التعاون مع عمليات الموارد البشرية وفرق الموارد البشرية العالمية لدعم طرح وتنفيذ مبادرات الموارد البشرية
- العمل مع فرق الرواتب لضمان دفع الأجور للموظفين بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد
الملف المرشح المطلوب
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة أو خبرة مكافئة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات في دور إدارة موارد بشرية عام، ويفضل في منظمة متعددة الجنسيات أو سريعة النمو
- فضة قوية في قانون العمل في السعودية و/أو الإمارات
- الخبرة في العمل مع مراكز التميز للموارد البشرية (مثلاً عمليات الموارد البشرية، المواهب، التعويضات والفوائد)
- إتقان الإنجليزية والعربية؛ ويفضَل الفرنسية
- مهارات تواصل غير لفظية وشخصية قوية، مع القدرة على العمل بشكل فعال عبر الثقافات
- تقدير سليم وثقة في إدارة مسائل الموارد البشرية وعلاقات الموظفين المعقدة
- تنظيم عالي، مرونة، والراحة في إدارة أولويات متعددة
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As an HR Advisor supporting employees and leaders across multiple sites in the Morocco, South Africa and Gana, you will be responsible for delivering effective HR policies, processes, and practices across the region. The role focuses on compliance and governance, employee experience, performance management, employee relations, and the consistent application of HR processes. This is a broad role requiring flexibility and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds across MEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective HR policies, processes, and procedures are implemented and consistently applied across the region in line with company standards and local legislation
- Provide guidance and support to people managers on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and employee lifecycle matters
- Support the organization s Talent Management approach by driving annual HR processes, including performance reviews, talent reviews, and development planning
- Promote awareness and use of learning and development resources and ensure appropriate programs are in place to support employee growth and performance
- Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and exits, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation
- Interpret and apply company policies and guidelines, ensuring local requirements are addressed where necessary
- Maintain strong working relationships with external HR vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Work closely with Compensation & Benefits to ensure regional reward practices align with the EMEA framework while meeting local market and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to support timely and effective hiring across the region
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide relevant metrics and reporting
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Global HR teams to support the rollout and execution of HR initiatives
- Work with Payroll teams to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4-6 years experience in a broad HR management role, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law in KSA and/or UAE
- Experience working with HR Centres of Excellence (e.g. HR Operations, Talent, Compensation & Benefits)
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures
- Sound judgment and confidence in managing complex HR and employee relations matters
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
