Job :
- Lead Project GDM meetings and manage technical changes
- Manage the change management process in PLM
- Prepare, organize, and conduct change management sessions
- Ensure the follow-up and correct implementation of project changes
- Coordinate different stakeholders and ensure convergence of actions
- Manage the synchronization of schedules between SMARTCAR and F2X/E2U teams
- Ensure reporting and follow-up of project indicators
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management
- Proficiency in PLM tools
- Proven experience in GDM (Project Change Management)
- Excellent level of French and English
- Autonomous, proactive, and with good transversal leadership skills
