• Level 1 and 2 user support on NX / Teamcenter
• Change management and adoption of new tools
• Conducting training sessions and user coaching
• Functional and technical assistance for field issues
• Writing documentation and user guides
• Reporting and tracking incidents and improvement requests
• Participation in the deployment and stabilization phases of the tools

MUST qualifications:

• Proficiency in Teamcenter and Siemens NX tools
• Experience in user support and change management
• Ability to train and coach users
• Knowledge of the PLM / CAD environment

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience with Siemens solutions
• Experience in deploying digital tools
• Knowledge of engineering / product processes

• French: B2
