المسؤوليات الأساسيةالتخطيط للدروس مقدمًا وإرسال الخطط عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى رئيس المستوى والمنسق الأكاديمي.
الإعداد وتنظيم المواد اللازمة للفصول.
تحقيق الأهداف المنصوص عليها في الخطط العامة الموزعة في بداية العام.
الحفاظ على دفتر الدرجات محدثًا. إدخال الدرجات في نهاية كل فترة تقييم وفصل دراسي، قبل المواعيد النهائية أو في موعدها.
تصميم وتحضير تقييمات شهرية لكل موضوع.
تصحيح جميع الأعمال الموكلة.
الحفاظ على الفصل منمقًا بمواد ذات صلة بالدروس والأنشطة والعطلات.
أداء واجبات الإشراف على الملعب المعين.
التعاون مع قسم علم النفس لدعم الطلاب الذين لديهم مسائل أكاديمية أو سلوكية.
العمل مع المنسق الأكاديمي وعالم النفس لدعم الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، بما فيهم المتعلمون الموهوبون.
حضور الاجتماعات مع المعلمين والمنسقين الأكاديميين ونواب المديرين.
حضور الورش institutional.
المشاركة في اجتماعات أولياء الأمور والأنشطة المدرسية الخاصة.
الامتثال لجدول العمل المعتمد (وقت الانصراف يختلف حسب المستوى الدراسي).
العمل كوسيط بين الطلاب وإبلاغ الأخصائي النفسي بأي صراعات و/أو إحالة الطلاب الذين يواجهون قضايا عاطفية أو شخصية أو عائلية.
التعاون مع الأخصائي النفسي لتنظيم مشاريع خدمة المجتمع وأنشطة جمع التبرعات.
المساعدة و/أو تنظيم مشاركة الطلاب في المعارض والأنشطة الأخرى.
الاتصال بأولياء الأمور/الأوصياء لدعوتهم للاجتماعات أو الفعاليات الخاصة عند الضرورة.
تسجيل الحضور اليومي في النظام أو تقديم النماذج لقسم الدعم الأكاديمي.
جمع الواجبات المرتبطة بالمواد لتنظيم المحفظة وفق معايير المستوى، في كل فترة تقييم.
تعيين طالب لتسجيل الواجبات المنزلية ومراقبة لوحة الواجبات المنزلية، لضمان استخدامها السليم كل أسبوعين.
تشجيع مشاركة الطلاب في اللجان الفرعية لتعزيز العمل الجماعي والأنشطة المدرسية.
تعزيز التواصل المفتوح مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور.
حث أولياء الأمور/الأوصياء على حضور الاجتماعات التي تنظمها ISP CBNH و PTA.
النظر في الاحتياجات التعليمية والاجتماعية-العاطفية الخاصة للطلاب وتحويلهم إلى قسم علم النفس.
الذهاب إلى المدرسة بالزي الرسمي المناسب و/أو وفق سياسات المؤسسة.
أداء واجبات أخرى تتعلق بالمنصب.
المهارات والمؤهلات والخبرة- المجال/التخصص: درجة البكالوريوس في التربية، علم النفس، أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- درجة الماجستير: مفضلة

Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan lessons in advance and send plans via email to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
Prepare and organize the necessary materials for classes.
Fulfill the objectives outlined in the general plans distributed at the beginning of the year.
Maintain the grade book up to date. Enter grades at the end of each evaluation period and semester, on or before deadlines.
Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
Grade all assigned work.
Keep the classroom decorated with materials related to lessons, activities, and holidays.
Perform assigned playground supervision duties.
Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs, including gifted learners.
Attend meetings with teachers, academic coordinators, and assistant principals.
Attend institutional workshops.
Participate in parent meetings and special school activities.
Comply with the established work schedule (departure time varies by grade level).
Act as a mediator between students and inform the psychologist of conflicts and/or refer students experiencing emotional, personal, or family issues.
Collaborate with the psychologist to organize community service projects and fundraising activities.
Assist and/or organize student participation in fairs and other activities.
Contact parents/guardians to invite them to meetings or special events when necessary.
Record daily attendance in the system or submit forms to the Academic Support Department.
Collect subject-specific assignments for portfolio organization according to level criteria, each evaluation period.
Assign a student to record homework and monitor the Homework Board, ensuring its proper use every two weeks.
Encourage student participation in subcommittees to promote teamwork and school activities.
Promote open communication with students and parents.
Encourage parents/guardians to attend meetings organized by ISP CBNH and PTA.
Consider students' special learning and socio-emotional needs and refer them to the Psychology Department.
Attend school in proper uniform and/or according to institutional policies.
Perform other duties related to the position.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience- Field/Specialization: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- Master’s Degree: Preferred
