As part of strengthening our Technical team, we are looking for a dynamic, rigorous, and motivated GMAO (Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management) Intern.
Missions & Responsibilities:
- Administer and update the GMAO database (creation and updating of equipment, management of technical sheets, and organization of installation structures);
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of system data;
- Create user accounts, manage roles, access rights, and system authorizations;
- Participate in the planning of preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance interventions;
- Ensure follow-up of interventions and contribute to the assignment of tasks to technicians as well as schedule management;
- Participate in the monitoring of spare parts inventory, restocking, suppliers, and orders;
- Track maintenance performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, maintenance costs, preventive maintenance completion rate) and contribute to their analysis;
- Support users in learning the GMAO system, provide functional support, and contribute to incident resolution;
- Analyze maintenance data, identify recurring causes of breakdowns, and propose continuous improvement actions;
- Participate in projects to optimize maintenance processes.
Required profile :
- Recently graduated with an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering;
- You have a first experience in GMAO through internships;
- Good command of office tools, especially Excel; knowledge of GMAO software is a plus;
- Analytical mindset, rigor, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team;
- Curiosity, autonomy, and strong learning ability.
