Professional experience of at least 3 years and up to 10 years in teaching, preferably at the primary school level, will be a major asset for success in this role. This experience will demonstrate your mastery of teaching practices and your ability to manage a classroom.

To excel in this position, a keen sense of pedagogy, excellent communication skills, and great patience are essential. The ability to build trust with children and adapt your teaching to their needs is crucial.
