We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Trainer to join our team in Ain Sebaa, Morocco. As a Production Trainer, you will play a crucial role in improving the skills and efficiency of our production staff, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining safety standards. Your responsibilities will include: developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for production staff; organizing regular training sessions on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures; evaluating employee performance and identifying areas for improvement; creating and updating training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online learning modules; collaborating with production managers to align training initiatives with organizational objectives; and monitoring and analyzing production metrics to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness. Ensure compliance with quality control standards and occupational health and safety regulations. Mentor new employees and provide ongoing support to existing staff. Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging manufacturing technologies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Desired Candidate Profile

You hold a degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field. You have proven experience as a production trainer or in a similar role within a production environment. You possess in-depth knowledge of production processes, methodologies, and best practices. You have a solid understanding of quality control standards and occupational health and safety regulations. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups. Skills in developing and implementing effective training programs; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience with performance evaluation and improvement techniques; Proficiency in relevant production software and tools; Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Relevant certifications in production management or training (preferred); Fluency in English; knowledge of French and/or Arabic is an asset.
