Epiroc Maroc is recruiting a Logistics Coordinator (M/F) reporting to the "Epiroc Group Supply Chain" organization. As part of strengthening our Supply Chain activities, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to provide logistical support to the sales company in all aspects of the Supply Chain, to support the team in the daily management of logistics operations, and to contribute to the continuous improvement of operational performance, both in the local market and in relation to direct sales made in North African countries.

The position holder will also be responsible for ensuring local adherence to international trade compliance rules, promoting and optimizing the use of free trade agreements, and ensuring effective stock flow monitoring.

MAIN MISSIONS

• Monitor incoming flows according to predefined transport modes, respecting established delivery routines, with the aim of maximizing shipment consolidation and optimizing transport costs.
• Ensure daily monitoring of open order reports, in coordination with the teams of the different Distribution Centers, in order to detect errors, anticipate necessary corrections, and ensure smooth and regular processing of automated and ad-hoc shipments.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager in the local implementation of trade compliance processes (sanctioned parties, customs codes), document preservation, and procedure formalization, in line with Group policy.
• Contribute to the application of Supply Chain best practices in inventory management, with the objective of improving availability, reducing stock levels, and optimizing transport and storage costs.
• Manage special storage requests (replenishment, planned stock, critical stock, equipment launch, consignment), calculate recommended stocks based on forecasts, demand, replenishment practices, and consumption history, in collaboration with local sales teams and planning teams based at different distribution centers.
• Ensure the compliance of shipping documents related to Free Trade Agreement requirements, particularly the Morocco-EU agreement, in interaction with the Trade Compliance team and distribution centers, notably through accelerating the collection of supplier declarations (LTSD) and updating them.
• Collaborate closely with freight forwarders to analyze, control, and optimize customs duty calculations and tariff classification, based on harmonized customs codes, product classification, and import history.
• Participate in the review, update, and cleanup of the item master and logistics data in our ERP, as well as the correction of EDI transmission errors to ensure reliable and smooth data exchange.
• Manage customs clearance related documents with various stakeholders.
• Ensure regular updates of our local import management application to guarantee data reliability.
• Manage the processing of non-conformities identified by the warehouse team, with the different distribution centers and the finance department.
• Participate in stocktaking; process surplus returns to distribution centers, and handle related administrative procedures with carriers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain frequent contact with distribution centers, production plants, and various Supply Chain organizations, for proactive handling of various internal and external customer requests (delivery times, disputes, transport quotes, document review).
• Participate in the integration and training of new arrivals in the position/function.
• Comply with the company's internal regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher education degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain processes, international trade, customs regulations, and various regulatory controls for origin and borders.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of ERPs is an asset.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools would be appreciated.
