Prepare the manufacturing or repair file (bill of materials and instruction sheets) - Develop the specifications for production resources (tooling, testing, consumables) - Monitor the progress of the implementation of the resources - Provide technical support in the workshop RESPONSIBILITY / AUTHORITY Preparation of the manufacturing or repair file - Retrieve data from the definition file - Create the manufacturing or repair file (bill of materials, routing, FI) - Create the FDTB (Detailed Work Order) for supplies according to the plans - Communicate to management control the data enabling the calculation of the CCR (Cost Cost Calculation) of the product - Establish manufacturing times - Prepare the manufacturing quote and send it to the hierarchical manager - Create the specifications for the manufacture of the tooling necessary for production - Monitor the creation of the tooling in collaboration with the Purchasing Department - Transmits technical specifications (product and component packaging) to the relevant departments and ensures their incorporation. Production Monitoring - Analyzes files and changes during order reviews and customer data - Monitors file progress and implements modifications (component, process, supplier, program) affecting the product during manufacturing - Proposes and implements process and product improvements for continuous improvement - Creates and updates the product manufacturing validity list - Ensures the file's suitability for the client through a consistency review - Ensures the applicability of the FI (Individual Functional Instructions) Technical Interface - Participates in the development of specifications for subcontracting the manufacturing of a component of the file, focusing on the technical aspects. - Contacts the supplier from the panel for the manufacturing of the subcontracted component in collaboration with the purchasing department. - Proposes the most suitable suppliers (if outside the panel) to produce the subcontracted component in collaboration with the purchasing department - Ensures the technical and file interface during regular product meetings with the workshops (quality, manufacturing problems, product evolution) Respects Health, Safety and Environment rules and participates in the implementation of the HSE Management System.

Bac + 2 or +3 in a technical discipline, ability to transmit knowledge, formalize and solve problems encountered on the line.
