Reporting to the Progress Department, your main mission will be to design, manage and deploy progress plans in order to achieve the performance objectives of the different sectors of SAESM. In this role, you will be required to: - Identify dysfunctions, areas for improvement, and optimization opportunities within different sectors - Develop improvement and performance plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives - Manage the deployment of action plans by facilitating steering committees, monitoring projects, and producing associated reports - Support teams in implementing and sustaining operational excellence standards (5S, QRQC, IP, Kaizen, SAE standards, etc.) - Design and deliver training on Progrès methods and tools to develop team skills - Lead high-impact transformation projects, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, time, and performance objectives - Measure the results of implemented actions using performance indicators and proposing the necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement

Desired Candidate Profile

Certified Green or Black Belt. Experience in an industrial environment (aerospace or automotive).
