Analyze explicit and implicit customer needs. Define, design, and validate one-time repairs for aircraft nacelles. Perform structural analyses and dimensioning using: - CATIA for 3D design, - Patran/Nastran for numerical simulation, - STREAME for Safran Nacelles specific calculations, - Analytical calculations for verification and order of magnitude. Establish and formalize repair procedures in compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Write technical files and associated calculation justifications. Participate in the establishment and validation of specifications. Ensure the conformity of deliverables (quality, deadlines, costs). Handle modifications and capitalize on technical solutions. Communicate effectively with project teams, technical coordinators, and the end customer. Anticipate technical risks related to repairs and propose corrective solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of repair methods and tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mechanical/aeronautical engineer with initial experience or significant internship in structural calculations or aeronautical repairs. Mastery of tools: CATIA, Patran/Nastran, STREAME, analytical calculation. Knowledge of aeronautical design and repair processes (nacelles, primary or secondary structures). Rigor, autonomy, and adaptability. Good written and oral communication skills, including technical English. Ability to work in a multicultural team and interact with a demanding client.
