Analyze anomalies detected via the PDM (Production Data Management) tool and coordinate with central support; Configure the system to meet business processes; Coordinate the creation and modification of rules for enriching and correcting customer data in the PDM; Ensure, in coordination with the IT department and central support, technical liaison with users and the expression of needs necessary for software maintenance and improvement; Process and respond to user tickets; Participate in the deployment of the energy management system while respecting energy consumption optimization guidelines in my workstation; Report any acts of energy waste and propose ideas aimed at reducing consumption; Identify improvements related to the performance of preparation methods and participate in improvement projects related to the PDM.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Holder of a technician's diploma in a technical or industrial field;
• 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in the manufacturing methods function.
• Having in-depth knowledge of the GDT IT technical environment;
• Have a thorough knowledge of cabling and cabling methods;
• Strong sense of contact and communication;
• Pedagogy and training skills;
• Capacity for cross-functional facilitation and change management;
• Good knowledge of IT management tools.
