To succeed in this role, a degree level of Bac +4 (equivalent to a Bachelor's or Master's degree) is required, ideally with a specialization in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service, Commercial / Sales / Export, or an equivalent field that demonstrates your ability to manage various aspects of an industrial activity. Additional training in management would be a considerable asset. The company values solid training that combines theory and practical experience.

Professional experience of 5 to 20 years in a similar position within the automotive sector is desired. This experience should demonstrate your ability to lead a team, manage complex projects, and achieve ambitious goals.
