عن الدور نحن نبحث عن مهندس إدارة سعة سلسلة التوريد للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الدار البيضاء. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان التوافق بين سعات إنتاج الموردين والمتطلبات التشغيلية. ستعمل في بيئة صناعية ديناميكية، داعمًا أنشطة تخطيط السعة ومساهمًا في جدوى خطط الإنتاج
المسؤوليات الأساسية
- مراقبة وتقييم سعات إنتاج الموردين.
- دمج بيانات السعة وتحديد المخاطر المحتملة مقابل متطلبات الإنتاج.
- المشاركة في دراسات زيادة السعة بالتعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.
- تعريف سيناريوهات إنتاج مثلى لضمان جدوى خطة الإنتاج وتحقيق السعة.
- تحديد متطلبات سعة المورد وتأكيد توفر القطع.
- تحليل قيود السعة والمساهمة في خطط التخفيف عند الحاجة.
- تقييم مقترحات الموردين مع مراعاة السعة والتكلفة وتأثيرات أزمنة التسليم.
- تقديم تقارير تقدم منتظمة وتصعيد القضايا المتعلقة بالسعة عند اللزوم.

ملفك الشخصي- درجة الماجستير في سلسلة التوريد، الهندسة الصناعية، أو مجال ذو صلة.
- من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة في سلسلة التوريد، التصنيع، أو العمليات الصناعية.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات سلسلة التوريد وإدارة السعة.
- إتقان متقدم في Excel وPower BI.
- إتقان الإنجليزية والفرنسية.
- مهارات اتصال وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة قوية.
- قدرات تنظيمية ممتازة، تفكير تحليلي، والانتباه للتفاصيل.
- القدرة على تلخيص المعلومات، إعداد التقارير وتوصيل التوصيات بشكل فعال.
- الخبرة السابقة في قطاع السيارات أو الصناعات ميزة إضافية.

About the Role We are looking for a Supply Chain Capacity Management Engineer to join our team in Casablanca. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment between supplier production capacities and operational requirements. You will work in a dynamic industrial environment, supporting capacity planning activities and contributing to the feasibility of production plans
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess supplier production capacities.
- Consolidate capacity data and identify potential risks against production requirements.
- Participate in capacity increase studies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define optimal production scenarios to ensure production plan feasibility and capacity achievement.
- Determine supplier capacity requirements and confirm parts availability.
- Analyze capacity constraints and contribute to mitigation plans when needed.
- Evaluate supplier proposals considering capacity, cost, and lead-time impacts.
- Provide regular progress reports and escalate capacity-related issues when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your Profile- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes and capacity management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize information, prepare reports, and communicate recommendations effectively.
- Previous experience in the automotive or industrial sector is a plus.
