Within the framework of a strategic project for one of our major Nearshore clients, we are looking for an EDI Project Manager capable of ensuring the interface between the business needs of the Supply Chain, the IT teams, and the EDI solutions. You will be at the heart of EDI system evolution projects, with a strong focus on piloting, coordination, technical expertise, and MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition).

Your main missions:

EDI Project Management

• Pilot EDI projects from end to end: technical migrations, integration of new flows, connection openings.
• Coordinate the various stakeholders: business units, IT teams, CIO office, and EDI service providers.
• Manage the service provider: follow-up instances, evolution requests, service quality, and SLA compliance.

Design & Implementation

• Analyze functional requirements and draft technical specifications.
• Design and implement flow mappings.
• Configure and implement new EDI messages.
• Organize and coordinate testing phases: unit testing, non-regression, and business acceptance testing.
• Pilot production deployments and support change management.

MCO & L3 Support

• Oversee the daily generation and integration of EDI flows.
• Ensure the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the EDI catalog.
• Handle complex incidents and high-impact anomalies.
• Guarantee continuity and quality of service.

Desired Candidate Profile

You have significant experience in EDI environments, ideally within Supply Chain / Retail / Large Distribution contexts.

You master in particular:

• EDIFrance / WebEDI / EDIConnect solutions
• The design and mapping of EDI flows
• The management of technical projects
• Testing and acceptance phases
• MCO and Level 3 support
• The coordination of service providers and business/IT teams

You are recognized for your rigor, your coordination skills, and your service orientation. You know how to operate in a multi-stakeholder environment and take charge of complex technical subjects while maintaining a project vision.
