The main responsibility here will be to ensure appropriate monitoring to achieve good reliability of workshop equipment and to intervene during the study of a project by creating 2D and 3D plans.

Operational Management:

• Respect the group's 6 cardinal rules (wearing PPE - respecting lockout/tagout procedures - machine guarding - confined spaces - safe driving - incident reporting).
• Use all advanced detection techniques to conduct inspections.
• Diagnose and identify deviations in installations.
• Intervene during project study by creating 2D and 3D plans.
• Inform department heads and sector managers about equipment conditions.
• Conduct site visits and inspections according to the visit schedule.
• Prepare visit reports.
• Assist the methods department head and planners in scheduling maintenance operations.
• Participate in various meetings:
  1- The daily morning meeting.
  2- The weekly coordination meeting for launching the weekly maintenance schedule.
• Follow up on maintenance work and ensure work feedback at the end of the day.
• Monitor specific maintenance operations (external service) and prepare the work report.
• Ensure site cleanup at the end of the work.
• Participate in installation testing after maintenance with the execution and production departments.
• Carry out specific operations requested by the methods department.
• Ensure the execution of the conditional maintenance schedule: vibration measurements, NDT, wear checks.
• Participate in RCA analysis of major shutdowns.
• Participate in the establishment and updating of the installation maintenance plan.

Safety and Environment & Quality:

• Ensure that all activities at this level strictly comply with defined safety & environmental standards.
• Report any incident to the safety coordinator and management, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
• Comply with safety protocols to minimize operational risks and ensure personnel safety.
• Respect environmental standards and participate in reducing the impact of site activity on the environment.
• Comply with system and product quality standards and participate in successful audits.

CSR:

• Actively participate in the company's CSR initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of industrial processes: Understanding of cement manufacturing steps and main equipment (grinders, kilns, conveyors).
• Safety Standards: Mastery of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules for working in an industrial environment.
• Reading plans and diagrams: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to understand installations.
• Visual equipment diagnosis: Ability to identify apparent anomalies (leaks, wear, vibrations).
• Observation and analysis: Skill in analyzing observed performance or malfunctions.
• Technical communication: Ability to write reports or provide precise feedback on observations.
