Job :
·Independently complete full RC and NRC costing for Tender Submission with proposed schedule
·Represent Manufacturing Engineering during MFT Daher
·Direct and regular communication with clients to follow up and negotiate action plans
·Training and Coaching of methods and industrialization engineers and technicians on procedures, technologies, and tools of the trade.
·Participate in pre-studies (including pre-procurement and procurement) and studies
·Identify, calculate, and forecast necessary resources and technical directives, prepare corresponding specifications and monitor their realization with industrial partners
·Define the manufacturing file (Routings, Bills of Materials, FI, programs, STL) and participate in the development of the control file
·Establish and monitor recurring and non-recurring industrialization costs (RC / NRC) and lead action plans to converge towards project objectives
·Analyze drawings and propose possible design modifications
·Validate definition files established by the design office
·Produce documentation for test programs or technical presentations (process, materials, bottlenecks, resources, schedule) for evolutions or new developments/new business,
·Analyze and interpret results, then write test reports with technical conclusions and potential impacts
·As part of production transfer, analyze on-site technical feasibility with the client (documentation, tooling status, equipment, site layout, time)
·Develop the manufacturing operational process, in accordance with technical, quality, cost, deadline, HSE requirements, and budget
·Participate in tooling design: define process/product constraints and requirements
·Participate in quality problem-solving using the 8D methodology
·Optimize workstation layout (work area, technical and/or handling equipment, tooling support) for alignment of resources/production processes
·Propose line balancing based on time analysis performed on production lines
·Ensure compliance with commitments (quality, costs, deadlines)
·Participate in value analysis and product/process FMEAs and propose improvements to processes or tooling (production time calculation, monitoring of new technologies and methods.
Required profile :
Basic Level:
Engineer / Master's degree: in Industrial Engineering / Aeronautics / Project Management / Technical
At least 5 years of experience
