As part of our organization's development, we are looking for a Logistics Director to manage our logistics chain and support the performance of our operations.
YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the General Management, you will define and manage the logistics strategy, from procurement to distribution, ensuring product availability, cost control, and service quality.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and manage the Supply Chain & Logistics strategy.
- Supervise Warehouse, transport, and distribution activities.
- Ensure product availability and optimize stock levels.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock accuracy.
- Monitor key logistics KPIs: stock, costs, deadlines, productivity, and service rate.
- Optimize logistics flows and processes.
- Manage and develop logistics teams.
- Manage carriers and service providers.
- Implement a continuous improvement approach and ensure procedures are followed.
- Ensure close coordination with Retail, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and E-commerce teams.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Supply Chain.
- Significant experience of at least 10 years in a logistics/Supply Chain role, including confirmed management experience.
- Strong command of logistics flows and inventory management.
- Experience in a retail, distribution, or FMCG environment highly appreciated.
- Natural leadership and ability to unite teams.
- Strong results and continuous improvement orientation.
- Proficiency in IT tools and ERP systems.
- Very good level of Excel.
- Fluent French; professional English appreciated.
