about the position

As part of our team expansion, we are seeking an International Transport Coordinator capable of managing and coordinating logistics operations on an international scale. You will play a key role in organizing the flow of goods, tracking shipments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main missions

• Organize and coordinate international transport operations (road, sea and air).
• Ensure the tracking of shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Prepare and check transport and export/import documents.
• Ensure compliance with customs and international regulations.
• Analyze transport costs and propose optimization solutions.
• Handle complaints and resolve any incidents related to shipments.
• Ensure regular reporting on activity

Search profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Logistics, Transport, International Trade or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the field of international transport, logistics or transit.
• Good mastery of Incoterms and customs procedures.
• Mastery of office tools and logistics management software.
• Fluent French; professional English is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
