Job :
The HR Manager will be in charge of the entire human resources function of the group:
Staff Administration: managing employee files, contracts, leave, absences, and working time.
Payroll: preparing payroll and social and tax declarations (CNSS, AMO, IR).
Recruitment: managing the entire process, from defining the profile and the position to be filled to the onboarding of selected candidates, with a real ability to identify the right people and new talents.
Training: regularly assessing training needs and implementing training plans (OFPPT / special training contracts).
Labor Law: applying the Labor Code, relations with the labor inspectorate, legal security of disciplinary and termination procedures.
Support for Managers: assisting directors and department heads in managing their staff, reminding them of labor law rules and procedures to follow depending on the case (illness, work accident, dismissal, sanction).
Social Climate: managing social dialogue, preventing and resolving conflicts between employees or between a manager and their subordinates.
Required profile :
Master's degree in Human Resources: business school (Bac+5).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in personnel management or administrative management, within a structure of at least 100 employees, ideally multi-site or multi-company.
Experience within a family group would be appreciated.
Good command of Arabic and French, both written and spoken; English would be a plus.
Good knowledge of Moroccan labor law and its application.
Proficiency in payroll software and Excel.
Qualities: listening skills and ability to resolve conflicts; rigor, punctuality, and organization; sense of fairness and firmness in decision-making; good communication and social dialogue skills.
