Job Description
Reporting to the Quality Department, your main role will be to ensure compliance with customer/authority requirements to guarantee process conformity.
This will involve stimulating continuous improvement, guaranteeing performance, and maintaining the quality/safety system and supporting its adoption by all.
In particular, your mission will consist of:
Understanding and translating customer and authority expectations/requirements;
supporting staff in understanding and applying customer and authority requirements;
and serving as the quality focal point for your area during internal and external audits.
Protect the customer from non-quality.
Lead, participate in, and support investigations and root cause analyses.
Analyze non-conformities with regard to their potential impacts on flight safety.
Lead the implementation of corrective actions for each exported deviation and non-quality issue.
Address non-conformities under your responsibility.
Ensure that each DAC/CAR is correctly managed by the deviation's owner.
Gather the elements necessary for closing DACs/CARs.
Stimulate continuous improvement.
Guarantee performance.
Participate in achieving quality effectively
. Define quality indicators for your scope in collaboration with the management of the sector(s).
Identify and assist in the implementation of action plans to reduce the costs of non-quality and customer complaints.
Prioritize prevention and anticipation.
Share lessons learned and feedback. Declarant

Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions;


Job Requirements
You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or equivalent, and have 8+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the aerospace sector.
You are rigorous, possess strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and a sense of innovation, and you enjoy teamwork – then this position is for you!
