في إطار تعزيز أنشطتنا الصناعية، نبحث عن فني أول في التشخيص الصناعي وإعادة المعالجة للعمل في عمليات التصنيع والتجميع المعقدة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان مطابقة المنتجات وجودتها من خلال تحديد وتحليل وتصحيح العيوب الفنية التي تم التعرّض لها أثناء الإنتاج. وستساهم بفعالية في تحسين الأداء الصناعي وحل المشكلات الفنية في بيئة عمل تتطلب معايير عالية.
المهام الوظيفية
- تنفيذ عمليات إعادة المعالجة على المنتجات والتجميعات المعقدة في بيئة صناعية.
- تصحيح العيوب الميكانيكية المتعلقة بأخطاء التجميع، ومشاكل المحاذاة، وحالات عدم المطابقة المكتشفة.
- تشخيص وحل العيوب الكهربائية والإلكترونية في المعدات والأنظمة المعنية.
- إجراء التعديلات الأبعاد اللازمة لضمان مطابقة المنتج للمواصفات الفنية.
- استخدام أدوات التشخيص والقياس لتحديد الأعطال وأسبابها الجذرية.
- قراءة وتفسير الوثائق الفنية والمخططات والرسوم البيانية المرتبطة بها.
- إجراء الفحوصات الوظيفية والفنية اللازمة بعد التدخل.
- المشاركة في تحليل الأعطال وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- المساهمة في الوقاية من عيوب التصنيع والتحسين المستمر للعمليات.
- الالتزام ببروتوكولات الجودة والمعايير الصناعية وتعليمات العمل المعمول بها.
- التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة والهندسة لضمان مطابقة المنتجات المسلمة.
مؤهلات المتقدم المطلوب
- مؤهل Bac+5 في الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو الهندسة الكهربائية، أو الهندسة الكهروميكانيكية، أو الصيانة الصناعية، أو ما يعادل ذلك.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في التشخيص الصناعي، أو إعادة معالجة التصنيع، أو الصيانة، أو التجميع المعقد.
- مهارات قوية في الميكانيكا والكهرباء والإلكترونيات.
- إتقان تقنيات التشخيص واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات.
- مهارات تحليلية جيدة والقدرة على تحديد الأسباب الجذرية.
- إتقان قراءة المخططات والرسوم البيانية الفنية.
- معرفة بعمليات التصنيع ومتطلبات الجودة في البيئة الصناعية.
About the position
As part of strengthening our industrial activities, we are looking for a Senior Industrial Diagnostic & Rework Technician to work on complex manufacturing and assembly operations. You will be responsible for ensuring product compliance and quality by identifying, analyzing, and correcting technical anomalies encountered in production. You will actively contribute to improving industrial performance and resolving technical issues in a demanding environment.
Job Missions
- Perform rework operations on complex products and assemblies in an industrial environment.
- Correct mechanical defects related to assembly errors, alignment issues, and detected non-conformities.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic anomalies on the equipment and systems concerned.
- Make the necessary dimensional adjustments to ensure product compliance with technical specifications.
- Use diagnostic and measurement tools to identify malfunctions and their root causes.
- Read and interpret technical documentation, plans, and associated diagrams.
- Perform necessary functional and technical checks after intervention.
- Participate in failure analyses and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the prevention of manufacturing defects and continuous improvement of processes.
- Comply with quality procedures, industrial standards, and work instructions in force.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure the compliance of delivered products.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+5 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial diagnostics, manufacturing rework, maintenance, or complex assembly.
- Strong skills in mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
- Proficiency in diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques.
- Good analytical skills and ability to identify root causes.
- Proficiency in reading technical plans and diagrams.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality requirements in an industrial environment.
