Duties for the job:
· Processing a high volume of services orders.
· Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
· Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
· Reporting monthly sales results to the sales management.
· Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the compay's objectives.
· Taking phone calls from customers.
· Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
· Processing staff timesheets.
· Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
· Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
· Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
· Making travel arrangements for our saff.
· Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
· Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements for the role:
· Associate's Degree in related field.
· Prior administrative experience.
· Attention to detail.
· Multilingual may be preferred or required.
· Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
· High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
· Ability to prioritise own workload.
· Strong communication skills.
· Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
· An administrative or sales background.
· Must be detail oriented.
