We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and collecting necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide support in employee relations matters, including addressing employee complaints and conflicts.
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to suggest improvements and innovative ideas.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
