Overview

SPARK is a growing, young, dynamic development NGO with 80 staff members in offices in Amman, Amsterdam, Beirut, Belgrade, Bujumbura, Erbil, Gaziantep, Hargeisa, Juba, Kigali, Monrovia, Mitrovica, Pristina, Ramallah and Tunis. SPARK develops higher education and entrepreneurship, so that young ambitious people are empowered to lead their post-conflict society into prosperity.
