Airswift has been tasked by one of our major Oil and Gas clients to seek a HSE Management Services to work in their facilities located in Algeria on as 12 months assignments with a 4x4 weeks rotation schedule. MISSIONS / S 1. Assist GTFT Directors/Management in defining, developing and implementing an HSE Policy and an HSE Management System (HSE-MS) 2. Implement and implement the Group's HSE reference system (procedures, directives, programs, etc.) 3. Advise the Group's management on the implementation of crisis management systems 4. Be the Group's HSE representative to authorities, associations, and industry 5. Guarantee the availability of the Group's firefighting and intervention resources. 6. Ensure systematic and periodic HSE reporting to authorities, SH and partners 7. Manage impact and hazard studies and the implementation of the POIS 8. Verify and advise departments and operational entities (production, drilling, project, etc.) on HSE topics 9. Be the representative of the administration of the Environmental Management System Group 10. Evaluate the HSE performance of the Group's potential subcontractors 11. Identify existing or potential situations that may cause damage to health, safety and the environment and supervise and advise GTFT departments that need to take appropriate improvement measures 12. Develop and manage HSE-MS procedures and other documents 13. Develop and carry out HSE training/awareness programmes for all staff of the Group 14. Ensure communication of HSE procedures and topics for all concerned, across GTFT departments and contactors 15. Coordinate and carry out HSE inspections and audits and monitor the implementation of actions requested by recommendations and non-conformities in inspection and audit reports 16. Ensure the Group's compliance with any Algerian HSE legal requirements. 17.
