The Change Management Coordinator shall coordinate, facilitate, and lead the team’s activities required to meet internal and external customers’ satisfaction. The change management process must be focused on minimizing obsolescence costs by means of continuous interaction with supply chain.


Equivalent knowledge and expertise of the operations of a manufacturing industry plus (3) years relevant work experience.Candidates having a proven track record in the field of Project Management will be given preference.Knowledge and expertise in using recognized project management methodologies, techniques and tools will be considered an asset.The candidate should ideally be able to put together complex activities and build timing plans (Gantt chart)Solid understanding of customer’s business enterprise and communicate at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage teams and delegate authority to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
