2. Responsible for the team performance management, one-to-one meetings & KPIs
3. Communicate with NOK external multinational clients.
4. Interview, recruit & hire calibers in managerial & technical positions.
5. Supervise the whole team & the whole recruitment process.
6. Responsible for the offline sourcing channels like job fairs
7. Meet with company's top management monthly to plan future hirings & opportunities
8. Help in company development, training, expansion & branding
