The bank also provides custodial services to investors in the Iraq Stock Exchange, such as opening a securities account for each investor, notifying him of all procedures and decisions taken by stock companies as well as providing him with a detailed monthly account statement, in addition to registering, freezing or transferring securities and any other tasks consistent with provisions and instructions of the law.
The bank operates through an advanced banking system to support its growth and serve its customers. Capital Bank and all its subsidiaries collaborate with Ernst & Young to audit all their accounts and prepare their financial reports in accordance with international accounting standards.
The National Bank of Iraq has been ranked by the largest international financial institutions such as Capital Intelligence (BB), Moody’s (B3) and ranked by the Central Bank of Iraq as (Excellent).
The bank is currently working on opening 8 new branches across Iraqi governorates in 2024.

Job Purpose
Establish, operate, and manage Microsoft system environments and related hardware to ensure high levels of performance. This includes providing technical support and maintenance for these systems, managing the main servers of the bank and all server rooms, and carrying out necessary routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of hardware and systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues related to Microsoft systems and their associated hardware.
Design, install, and configure hardware, systems, servers, and all types of Microsoft operating systems. Manage the main servers and server rooms across Iraq and beyond.
Provide immediate support for Microsoft systems, hardware, and servers to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Carry out routine maintenance plans for Microsoft systems, hardware, and servers used in the bank.
Participate in preparing maintenance contracts and technical studies according to specified requirements and the directions of the direct manager.
Follow up on repair processes for any malfunctions in hardware, systems, servers, or operating systems, and install new equipment as needed.
Inspect old/replaced devices and determine whether they can be reused or disposed of, based on the bank’s procedures.
Monitor data storage systems, ensure proper data distribution and backups, and oversee backup processes, data logs, installation, maintenance, and software updates.
Coordinate with all departments, divisions, and branches to design, install, and manage Microsoft systems, servers, and infrastructure.
Supervise the setup and management of the bank’s main servers and all server rooms across Iraq.
Submit regular reports to the direct supervisor.
Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.

الغرض الوظيفي
انشاء وتشغيل بيئات انظمة Microsoft والمعدات وادارتها لضمان مستويات عالية من الأداء. وتنفيذ المهام فيما يتعلق بتأمين الدعم الفني والصيانة لأنظمة لهذه الانظمة وادارة الخوادم الرئيسية في المصرف وكافة غرف الخوادم ، و تنفيذ الصيانة الدورية اللازمة والمحافظة على الأجهزة و الأنظمة وعلى كفاءة أدائها.
تفاصيل المهام والواجبات
التنسيق مع مختلف الدوائر لحل المشاكل المتعلقة بأنظمة Microsoft والأجهزة المتعلقة بها . تنفيذ عمليات التصميم و تركيب المعدات و الأنظمة و الخوادم و أنظمة تشغيل Microsoft بمختلف أنواعها و انشاء و ادارة الخوادم الرئيسية في المصرف وغرف الخوادم في مختلف مناطق العراق و خارجها. توفير الدعم الفوري اللازم للمعدات و انظمة Microsoft و الخوادم للحفاظ على كفاءة سير العمل وعدم تعطله. تنفيذ خطط الصيانة الدورية للمعدات و وانظمة Microsoft و الخوادم المستخدمة في المصرف. المشاركة في إعداد عقود الصيانة والدراسات الفنية حسب المواصفات المطروحة ووفق توجيهات المدير المباشر. متابعة عمليات الإصلاح المرتبطة بخلل في المعدات أو/و الأنظمة أو/و الخوادم أو/و أنظمة التشغيل الرئيسية والقيام بإعداد وتركيب المعدات الجديدة. فحص الأجهزة القديمة المستبدلة وتحديد صلاحيتها للاستفادة منها لاحقا أو للتخلص منها حسب الإجراء المتبع في المصرف. المراقبة على توزيع وتخزين البيانات على أنظمة التخزين وحفظ نسخ احتياطية منها ومراقبة النسخ الاحتياطية للبيانات والسجلات والتركيب والحفاظ وتحديث برامج البيانات. التنسيق مع مختلف الإدارات والدوائر والفروع لتصميم و تركيب و ادارة المعدات و الأنظمة و الخوادم و أنظمة التشغيل الرئيسية بمختلف أنواعها و تصميم و الاشراف على انشاء و ادارة الخوادم الرئيسية في المصرف وغرف الخوادم في مختلف مناطق جمهورية العراق. رفع تقارير دورية عن العمل الى الرئيس المباشر. القيام بأي مهام ومسؤوليات أخرى بناءً على تكليف من الرئيس المباشر.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
