After Sales Administrative Coordinator

ICT company located in Jal El Dib is looking for an After Sales Administrative Coordinator:

Job Description:

• Manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) operations for HQ, including labor, duty, and spare parts invoicing transactions.
• Perform E-files check and import for sales and purchases.
• Create and maintain articles in the system.
• Conduct files check and import data procedures.
• Coordinate with the several entities to issue invoices and record them in respective ERP Databases.
• Handle invoicing for labor, duty, installations, and spare parts for Supplier contracts across foreign entities.
• Ensure all Supplier invoices are uploaded on Portal and communicate with entities regarding invoice issuance.
• Handle spare parts management for Supplier contracts, including file checks, import, and articles creation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• English language is a must. French is a plus
