We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Baristas to join our team in Zouk Mosbeh Lebanon. As a Barista, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and crafting high-quality beverages. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas.
-Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
-Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about our menu.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment, countertops, and tables.
-Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
-Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
-Assist in stocking and replenishing inventory as needed.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry.
-Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-A passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different coffee brewing techniques
