F&B Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive work environment.
- Optimize restaurant operations by implementing efficient workflows, procedures, and meeting customer demands while controlling costs.
- Update menus and QR digital menu when needed.
- Supervise and train kitchen and bar employees, manage, motivate, and mentor restaurant staff and kitchen staff, oversee shift schedules, and staffing levels.
- Familiarize bar staff with the menu.
- Educate/familiarize bar staff on the basics of the concept and the brand.
- Assist bar staff in building greater confidence when interacting with daily clients. This includes the ability to maintain eye-contact, display self-confidence, recall the names and preferred drinks of regular clients, and offer a friendly smile.
- Maintain the hygiene and presentation of staff.
- Prepare a timeline for menu item drops/amendments and report to social media if needed.
- Inform social media concerning menu items that aren’t selling well to shed light on them before eliminating.
- Manage Toters Account.
- Manage Front Desk salaries, attendance, and behavior.
- Make sure Front Desk employees report to both Owners and the Operation Manager.
- The Operation Manager reports to Owners about daily matters.
- Daily cash closing of the restaurant, fill the daily closing sheet.
- Suggestions to enhance the business are always welcome but should be directed to the owner responsible for the relevant area mentioned in the suggestion
