KEY ACTIVITIES

1<br/><br/>Being the 1st focal point of contact in front of customer / stakeholders during the events / incident.
2<br/><br/>Coordinating with all departments (Ops +<br/><br/>Maint<br/><br/>+ IT + Sec) to “find the best solution and<br/><br/>reply ”<br/><br/>to keep the system operation.
3<br/><br/>Being the decision maker for all shift related challenges and issues in case of team conflict.
4<br/><br/>Attending all customer – Stakeholders meetings as VI presence. And to include “Based on his evaluation” any other Leaders.
5<br/><br/>Manage, delegate, and supervise all operation, maintenance and IT activities and ensure execution as per the standard.
6<br/><br/>Being responsible to assure the team commitment for the Service contract SLA +<br/><br/>KPI ,<br/><br/>without deviation. (<br/><br/>reporting ,<br/><br/>availability<br/><br/>….etc<br/><br/>)
7<br/><br/>Responsible for the contractors / stakeholders “permit to work “and sign offs.
8<br/><br/>Responsible for the team and subcontract HSE compliancy during the shift.
9<br/><br/>Ensure smooth handover between the teams internally and within the duty managers as well
10<br/><br/>Prepare and review the incident report for the incidents during the shift in coordination with the concerned department. And to be shared with the operation manager for final review.
11<br/><br/>Report and coordinate with the “department - head” for any concerns or deviations (Manpower, attendance, resources …<br/><br/>ect<br/><br/>)<br/><br/>#J-18808-Ljbffr
