Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries through various channels such as inbound phone, email, live chat, ticketing system, etc
- Offering detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Work in a service desk setting involving spoken and written communication in French
- Identifying and resolving customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively
- Other language-related tasks as may be defined and assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer support role (1 year minimum)
- Good English and French communication skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- A suitable environment for taking phone calls and a personally-owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload & download speed
Position Details:
This is a Seasonal position. The tentative contract terms are from September 2024 - March 2025. (Please note that we offer long-term opportunities for agents based on interest and performance.)
