  • Bac + 5 business school or equivalent university degree
  • Sourcing and prospecting on the market
  • Negotiation skills
  • Management of purchase order... Supplier claims management
  • Gain-oriented purchase
  • 1 to 3 years in a similar position ideally in the automotive industry
  • In-depth IT skills, including MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP MM
  • Perfect command of spoken and written English and French

  • Manage and conclude any type of indirect purchase or necessary services, negotiating the best conditions of price, deadlines, quality and after-sales service
  • Process purchase requisitions
  • Identify, collect and process the needs of departments in terms of quality and quantities
  • Prospecting markets, evaluates the ability of suppliers to meet the requirements of costs, deadlines, quality, quantity associated with needs
  • Launch calls for tenders, Prospect suppliers and evaluate the concordance of their proposals with needs
  • Study proposals and select suppliers by optimizing the quality/cost/time ratio and negotiating delivery costs and proposed after-sales service conditions
  • Receive feedback from applicants in relation to delivery by ensuring compliance with contractual clauses
  • Follow the proper integration of service providers and suppliers upstream and downstream of the company's production processes
  • Know perfectly the characteristics of the products based on the specifications that have been communicated to him
  • Adopt a competitive and strategic watch on the market and its evolution
