Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Agent at Amanjena in Marrakesh. The Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, managing communication with guests, and fulfilling receptionist duties.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Reservations Duties
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in languages such as English, French, or Arabic is a plus
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
